WWE Superstar Jimmy Uso has once again been arrested and charged with a DUI.
According to a report from TMZ, Jimmy Uso was arrested Monday night in Pensacola, Florida for a DUI after being pulled over around 10:35 pm after he ran a redlight while being clocked driving 50 mph in a 35 mph zone. Police reports state that his blood alcohol level was .205, well over the legal limit of .08.
Documents state that during questioning the officer smelt alcohol on Uso and asked him to exit his Dodge Charger. The report states that once out of the vehicle Jimmy Uso was noticeably swaying, and that he claimed he had “drank multiple beers” before getting behind the wheel. From there it was said that Jimmy Uso “bombed” the field sobriety tests that were given to him.
Jail records show that Jimmy Uso was booked on a misdemeanor DUI charge, as well as citations for running a red light and speeding. His bond was set $500, and records show that he was released Tuesday morning July 6th, 2021 at 9 am.
