After making her much-anticipated return to Impact Wrestling this past Saturday at Slammiversary, Chelsea Green may need to take some time away from the ring.
The impact & Ring of Honor star took to Twitter today to announce that she had to have surgery on her broken wrist. You can see the X-Ray of Green’s injury that she shared here:
Fans that ordered the Slammiversary pay-per-view may have noticed that Green wore a cast on the injured wrist alongside her fiancé Matt Cardona for her mixed-tag team match against Brian Myers & Tenille Dashwood. There is currently no word on exactly when or how the injury occurred.
Bodyslam.net has reached out to Green for comment on the situation.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time the former Knockouts Chanpion has had injury worried with her arm. Green has suffered multiple left arm injuries since she signed with WWE in 2018.
