Ring Of Honor Announces Quinn McKay Is In For ROH Women’s World title Tournament
They say it’s three strikes and your out. Well, Quinn Mckay is not out but most definitely in. After two missed opportunities, one against Angelina love after Mandy Leon got in the head of Quinn with banter outside the ring and caused a distraction and led to Loves win. A few weeks later she got the chance for revenge against Leon but again came up short after Leon used brass knuckles that were passed to her by Love.
Due to Mckays losses being caused by outside interference, ROH’s Board Of Directors member Maria Kanellis Said she would give McKay one more chance. Kanellis proposed that she would leave McKay’s fate up to the Honor nation.
Well, Honor nation showed up and showed out for McKay with a whopping 95% of respondents voting her in the Women’s World Title Tournament. Mckays first-round opponent will be none other than Angelina love.
Given the circumstances in the past few matches, Maria Kanellis-Bennett has leveled the playing field and has banned Leon from ringside. The tournament is set to begin this weekend on ROH Wrestling with three first-round matches.
McKay took to Twitter to thank all the fans who voted.
THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. I couldn’t have done it without any of you. So let’s win this tournament for US 💪🖤 pic.twitter.com/ZPZlLO6TGB
