‘Beautiful’ Bobby Eaton Passes away At 62

1/2 of the Midnight Express, Bobby Eaton has passed away at the age of 62. We reported a few days ago that Eaton was hospitalized after a bad fall. Throughout his 40-year career, Eaton wrestled for many companies including Mid-south wrestling, world-class championship, Jim Crockett Promotions, NWA, and World Championship Wrestling where he held Tag team gold.

In 2009 Eaton was inducted into the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Hall Of Fame and then in 2019, he was inducted into the Profesional Wrestling Hall of Fame. Many in the wrestling world took to Twitter to express their condolences and pay homage to the wrestling legend.

We here at Bodyslam.Net were very sad to hear about this passing. We would like to extend our condolences to the friends and family of Bobby Eaton.

“There will never be another…” always gets said, but this is absolutely true; “Beautiful” Bobby Eaton was literally one of a kind.
