Over the past weekend, Impact Wrestling did some tapings for their television. Everything went well except for when a top star Sami Callihan took a nasty fall.
According to Dave Meltzer, Callihan broke his ankle and required surgery. His expected return date should be Spring of next year. It was not noted exactly what happened in the spot where he was injured, but it took place on Saturday.
Sami Callihan suffered a broken ankle Saturday at the Impact tapings and had surgery. Looks to be out until spring 2022.
