WWE Draws High Ratings For King Of The Ring Special
WWE will soon be bringing the King Of The Ring Tournament and will also debut a new Queen Of The Ring Tournament as well and it’s looking like the nostalgic Tournament is drawing attention.
According to Wrestlenomics, WWE’s King of the Ring special on Sunday pulled in impressive numbers for the network. They garnered just under what WWE pulls in for their weekly RAW television show.
WWE aired a King of the Ring Countdown special on Fox on Sunday in many markets, watched by 1,691,000 viewers and 563,000 aged 18 to 49, or a 0.43 demo rating.
We will have to see if these ratings continue as the 2021 King of the Ring and Queen’s Crown tournaments will kick off with the season premiere of SmackDown. Those tournaments will reportedly conclude at Crown Jewel on October 21st.
