AEW and President and CEO Tony Khan are no strangers to trying new things to draw in a new audience. The company has held an MMA-style fight and has welcomed athletes from the NBA, MMA stars, and numerous music entertainers all in the hope of attracting attention to the company. Well, it looks like Khan is continuing to break bearers and draw more mainstream attention to the company.
This morning on Busted Open Radio, Khan spoke about different things AEW is trying to do to draw an audience. This week’s special Saturday Dynamite will include a college football-themed twist.
“It is an AEW/college football show. And it’ll be a preview show. We’ll do some kind of a countdown to the live Dynamite on Saturday… Just trying to do something different this weekend.”
We will have to wait and see how AEW will mix in a Collage Football theme.
