NXT 2.0 is definitely a different brand from what we have seen in the past few years. The company is looking to draw different eyes to the product. With the new look as well as the vastly different and ever-evolving roster and it now looks like the next Takeover is finally on the way, following NXT’s Halloween Havoc Special.
According to Wrestlenomic’s Brandon Thurston, WWE is planning their next TakeOver event for December 5th. It was not confirmed what the name of the event will be.
Tentative date for the first NXT 2.0 Takeover is Sunday, December 5, according to multiple sources. Have asked but couldn’t confirm if “Takeover” will continue to be the brand name.
We will have to see how the company builds towards its next big show as many new young talents have been forwarded in the new NXT 2.0.
