Over the past year, the WWE has made numerous cuts said to be budget-related. Braun Strowman, Buddy Murphy, Ruby Soho, and Bray Wyatt are just a few who have been released during the cuts. Now it looks like the company may be downsizing a little bit more.
Over the past week, cuts Have apparently been made backstage and at various Office Locations, and they may just be beginning.
According to a report from Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, WWE fired even more employees this week. It was said to be “several” employees, but not in the double digits.
Fightful has confirmed that WWE had several office cuts this week. We’re told in the single digits.
Fightful did not note which departments were cut, but these were said to be office jobs.
