Following the news of Scarlett’s release, it is now confirmed by Fightful that her husband Karrion Kross has been released from his WWE contract as well.
Kross had a bit of a worrisome welcome to the main roster when they changed his presentation and had him immediately jobbing to Jeff Hardy on his first night. That being said, Karrion Kross was a main player in NXT where he had become a two-time NXT Champion and essentially ran through the entire roster during his tenure. Kross suffered only one loss on the black and yellow brand, to Samoa Joe at Takeover 36. It is currently unreported whether or not Kross has a thirty or ninety day no-compete.
