Eric Bischoff Says Goldberg Was Uncomfortable In Pro Wrestling Environment

Eric Bishoff is definitely one of the greatest minds and promoters to ever grace the wrestling universe, so when he talks people are definitely going to listen. During his run as WCW owner, Bishoff had to deal with many different personalities backstage and one of those big personalities he dealt with was Bill Goldberg.

While speaking on 83 Weeks – Locked & Loaded Q&A” on AdFreeShows.com, Eric Bischoff talked about working with Goldberg. Bischoff admitted that it was difficult working with Goldberg and then explained why.

“That is really a difficult one. I believe on a consistent basis, it’d have to have been Bill Goldberg. Not necessarily in a bad way. Just that, Bill was a very intense person. Emotional, and stuff not have a lot of experience, and was pretty uncomfortable in a pro wrestling environment when he first got there. So, because of this, you take someone who is an intense personality, a very intense personality, a bit of a perfectionist, who puts a lot of pressure on himself. But, also, lacking a lot of the comfort that comes with experience. You get a guy that is a little hard to handle, or sometimes a lot hard to handle. That is not necessarily a bad thing. Goldberg recently defeated Bobby Lashley at WWE Crown Jewel and now has one match left on his WWE contract, so we will have to wait and see WHOS NEXT and possibly the last opponent for Goldberg!
