Big Swole And AEW Have Mutually Parted Ways
Big Swole has been one of the long standing members of the AEW women’s division. On August 31, 2019, Swole first appeared for AEW. She was a part of the 21-woman Casino Battle Royale on the All Out pre-show. It was announced in December of that year that she signed with the promotion. Swole defeated Britt Baker at All Out in 2020. She ended up being sidelined shortly due to her battle with Crohn’s disease. She revealed, via Twitter, that she and Tony Khan came to a mutual decision to not renew her contract.
Swole’s last match with the company was on November 9 on AEW Dark, where she defeated Allie Katch. She has received a lot of support on Twitter. What the future holds for her is unknown; however, her potential is undeniable.
