On the December 10 episode of AEW Rampage, another Winter Is Coming match was announced. Matt Sydal and Wardlow will face each other one-on-one. They were both a part of the Dynamite Diamond Ring Battle Royal on this past week’s episode of Dynamite. Wardlow was positioned as MJF’s bodyguard throughout the match until the two-time Dynamite Diamond Ring winner turned on his fellow stable member.
The matches currently announced for AEW: Winter Is Coming are the following:
- Hangman Page (c) vs Bryan Danielson for the AEW World Championship
- Serena Deeb vs Hikaru Shida
- MJF vs Dante Martin for the Dynamite Diamond Ring currently held by MJF
- Matt Sydal vs Wardlow
