Kyle O’Reilly Reacts To Adam Cole’s Tease Of A Big Gift For AEW Fans Next Week
Former NXT Tag Team Champion Kyle O’Reilly officially became a free agent after his contract with WWE expired on December 10th. O’Reilly had been a staple of NXT since his arrival in 2017, until last weeks episode where O’Reilly seemingly said goodbye to the brand and its fans. Since then, many have speculated his next move. It looks like the question of what he’s doing next may be answered sooner than later.
On last night’s edition of AEW Dynamite, Adam Cole, The Young Bucks and Bobby Fish did a backstage segment where Cole was holding a Christmas gift. Cole promised fans that on the AEW holiday special next Wednesday he would deliver the best Christmas present ever. Cole said fans will love it. After the segment, social media went crazy with many believing this was a tease that we will be seeing O’Reilly debut for AEW next week.
Kyle O’Reilly added more fuel to the fire when he tweeted out a gif from the Brad Pitt movie “Seven” where Brad Pitt famously screams “what’s in the box?” This was obviously a response to the segment that had taken place on Dynamite.
We will have to see if O’Reilly shows up next week, as recently Adam Cole has said he would love to reunite with his former Undisputed Era stablemate.
