Earlier this week, GCW took to social media to announce that former IMPACT World Champion Rich Swann will make his return to the promotion to take on Leon Ruff as part of their GCW Most Notorious event on January 14th in Detroit, Michigan.
Ruff, a former NXT North American Champion, made his GCW debut in November at the Evil Deeds event. Ruff defeated Yoya, Cole Radrick, Chase Burnett, Nate Webb and Brayden Lee in a six-way scramble. It’ll be his first time wrestling Rich Swann, who hasn’t appeared for GCW since The Collective in Tampa this past April when he picked up wins over Lee Moriarty and 2 Cold Scorpio.
