Scarlett Bordeaux and Karrion Kross were released by WWE back in November, but before signing with the promotion, it seems that they may have almost signed elsewhere.
During a virtual signing with ‘Signed By Superstars,’ Bordeaux explained that her and Kross were in talks with a few different companies before joining WWE.
“There were a few companies we were talking to right before WWE came along. We thought AEW was gonna be the one. But after a talk with Hunter, we’re like, ‘Nope. WWE’s the place.”
During the signing a fan asked if she would ever be open to another run with the company. She stated that she was happy being a free agent now but would possibly consider it down the road.
“Um, I would return to NXT after six months because I’m having way too much fun right now and we have a lot of cool things happening and there’s so many fun, cool things happening that if I was told tomorrow, I have to go back and I had to cancel everything, I’d be like, ‘Eh, I wanna do all the things I have planned’ because I’m excited about it.”
Karrion Kross has recently been teased to be joining EC3 and Adam Scherr in a new stable, while Scarlett has been putting some time in her OnlyFans page she has recently launched. We will have to see what is next for the two.
