Tammy “Sunny” Sytch arrested again in New Jersey
TMZ Sports is reporting that WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch was arrested Thursday morning in New Jersey.
TMZ cited court records indicating Sytch was arrested in Keansburg, NJ, and was charged with two counts of illegally possessing a weapon, and one charge of making terroristic threats. The site is reporting that there is no indication that the weapon was a firearm. The nature of the “terroristic threats” is not known.
Both weapons charges are considered third degree, and the threats charge is considered fourth degree.
A person is guilty of a crime of the third degree if he threatens to commit any crime of violence with the purpose to terrorize another or to cause evacuation of a building, place of assembly, or facility of public transportation, or otherwise to cause serious public inconvenience, or in reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror or inconvenience.
New Jersey Code of Criminal Justice
The weapons charges each carry a prison term of 3-5 years, and the threat charge carries a maximum sentence of one year, if convicted.
Bodyslam reported on Sytch’s last arrest in July of 2020, a few months after she was released from prison.
