AEW Dynamite Tops One Million Viewers

This week’s AEW Dynamite was headlined by the returns of Jon Moxley and Cody Rhodes, as well as a match between the teams of Britt Baker and Adam Cole as well as Orange Cassidy and Kris Statlander. The ratings were stellar in overnight measurements.

According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, the January 19th episode of AEW Dynamite brought in 1,032,000 viewers on average as they scored a 0.44 in the 18 to 49 demographic. For reference, the previous episode of AEW Dynamite brought in an overnight average of 969,000 viewers with a .39 in the 18 to 49 demographic. AEW’s TBS debut, two weeks ago, brought in an overnight average of 1.01 million viewers. The episode scored a .43 in the 18 to 49 demographic. That is a strong start on a new network.

Going back further, AEW’s New Year’s Smash event on December 29th pulled in an overnight average of 975,000 viewers with a .37 in the 18 to 49 demographic while AEW Holiday Bash Night 1 on December 22nd brought in an overnight average of 1,020,000 viewers with a .37 in the 18 to 49 demographic.
