Bobby Lashley Reclaims The WWE Championship After Roman Reigns Interference
In a match that many would call long overdue, Bobby Lashley would reclaim the WWE Championship. But this came after Roman Reigns attacked Lesnar, as Paul Heyman would turn against “The Beast” and hand Reigns the WWE Championship to deliver the final blow to Lesnar.
After trading a series of German Suplexes on Bobby, which would frustrate the challenger, Lashley would go on to return the favor by throwing the champion in a German Suplex of his own. Brock then responded by executing a few more back-to-back German Suplex at Bobby Lashley, which drew blood from the challenger’s lip.
After a few spots on the outside of the ring, the officiating ref would be knocked out after Lesnar would attempt and deliver an F5 on Lashley. Roman Reigns would then appear out of nowhere to spear Brock Lesnar. Reigns then stared down Paul Heyman on the outside the ring. Roman would then extend his hand out, seemingly testing Heyman’s allegiances. Heyman would turn and hand over the WWE Championship Belt to Roman. Reigns would hit Brock with the belt knocking him out cold, allowing Bobby Lashley to claim victory with a 3-count as Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman walked away from the ring, leaving Brock Lesnar laid out in the middle of the ring.
We will have to see what is next for Lashley, as for Bock it was obvious after later events what is next for the Beast!
