TNT Extreme Announce Joint Show With GCW For 2022
Yesterday evening British based promotion TNT Extreme Wrestling announced that later this year they will be co promoting Supreme Extreme with the GCW. The two promotions plan to go head to head, with matches between the two promotions stars, TNT Extreme have stated more details to come shortly.
The two promotions were due to work together back in 2020 but unfortunately due to the covid pandemic the show had to be postponed, now finally as the world once again begins to open up the two promotions will finally get a chance to work together.
The announcement came following their DOA show, TNT Extreme’s signature annual deathmatch tournament last night, before making the announcement via twitter;
TNT Extreme have featured many of the top GCW stars on past shows including last night DOA show, as the show featured GCW’s Alex Colon and was also set to feature Charli Evans who unfortunately pulled out prior to the show due to injury.
Previous GCW Ultra Violent Champion and British Wrestler Drew Parker has previously competed for TNT Extreme, as well as GCW stars Ricky Shane Page and Jimmy Lloyd who both competed in the TNT Extreme DOA tournament in 2020.
This is second big announcement from TNT Extreme in the past week as they recently announced on the 27th of January, that new progress owners Martyn Best and Lee McAteer had acquired a partnership deal with TNT Extreme owner Jay Apter.
TNT Extreme was founded by Jay Apter in 2014, with the promotion following a similar model to that used by Progress Wrestling although a little more extreme, building a strong connection with the local Liverpool Crowds with a mix of both in ring quality and Extreme Wrestling.
Featuring some of best competitors in the UK as their champions including Dan Maloney current TNT Extreme Champion, Clint Margera the current Extreme Division Champion, Alexxis Falcon as the TNT Women’s Champion and Kings Of the North as the current Tag Team Champions.

TNT Extreme shows are featured on Powered 4 TV following the live show, it will be interesting to see if the show is made available on PPV like most GCW shows. Most TNT Extreme shows take place on Thursday evenings at the Fusion Bar Liverpool again it will be interesting to see if the show takes place at the Fusion Bar on Thursday or if it will be moved to larger venue and over a weekend.
