Multiple Members Of WWE Women’s Roster Expected Back Soon
Lacy Evans has not been seen on WWE TV in over a year, after it she announced that she was pregnant.
Before going on maternity leave Evans was involved in a storyline with WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair and his daughter WWE Smackdown women’s Champion Charlotte Flair. It now looks like we may be seeing Evans back in a WWE ring sooner than later.
According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Lacey Evans has been training hard in order to make her return to the squared circle. She is also likely to return soon, possibly ahead of WrestleMania 38.
”Also likely back soon is Lacey Evans, who had been training for her return. Evans, 31, gave birth to her second child in October, which was three-and-a-half months ago so returning this week would have been pushing it.
Meltzer also noted that Asuka and Bayley could also be making their returns before Wrestlemania 38 as they both will be returning from injuries.
As far as Bayley and Asuka go, both are expected back over the next few months. Both are targeted to be ready for WrestleMania.
We will have to see how WWE will go about adding these returning stars into ongoing storylines.
