After months of speculation, Keith Lee has officially signed with All Elite Wrestling. Lee, who was released by WWE in November due to budget cuts, debuted on Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite.
There had been quite a bit of discourse over the past few months what Lee would end up doing next as he never really got a chance to show his full potential on WWE’s main roster. The rumors amplified last week when several of the WWE cuts had their 90-day non-competes expire.
After his debut last night, it already looks like Lee will be placed in a featured spot as his win over Kassidy put him in the Face Of Revolution ladder match. AEW was number one on television for the night in the key demographic.
Hopefully, AEW give Lee his proper spotlight and give him a chance to show fans why he was so beloved on the indies scene.
