Donald Cerrone-Joe Lauzon Moved To UFC 274
The anticipated clash between Donald Cerrone and Joe Lauzon has been confirmed to be moved to UFC 274 on May 7th, per Brett Okomoto of ESPN. With almost 60 UFC bouts between them, Lauzon and “Cowboy” are two of the most experienced fighters on the UFC roster, with fellow veteran Jim Miller being happy to fight either of the two fighters next, with his latest win equalling “Cowboy’s” all time UFC wins record.
Lauzon hasn’t fought since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, while Cowboy has remained active despite going six fights without a win, albeit against the top level of UFC competition with the losses including Conor McGregor, Justin Gaethje, Anthony Pettis and Tony Ferguson.
