GCW Welcome To Heartbreak emanated from the Ukrainian Culture Center in Los Angeles, California. The show was headlined with the return match of Sean Waltman and also featured a GCW Extreme Championship match between champion AJ Gray and ACH. Chris Dickinson appeared for the first time since Hammerstein, announcing that his return date for GCW is March 31st. Dickinson challenged Minoru Suzuki for Bloodsport and Matt Cardona for Spring Break. Also challenged for Spring Break was GCW World Champion Jon Moxley, as AJ Gray laid down the challenge after his victory. As the show was going off air, Joey Janela turned on Waltman.
