Matt Hardy is a legend in the wrestling world. Along with his brother, they played prominent roles in WWE throughout the attitude era and beyond. Their high-flying death-defying ladder matches are some that will be talked about forever.
Now Matt has established himself in AEW and has formed HFO, now the AHFO. Up to this point, Hardy has played the role of a money-loving heel, but it looks like that might be changing very soon.
Matt Hardy would recently take to Twitter and seemingly hint at turning babyface after his heel actions over the past few months.
“I became wrapped up in making as much money as I could in @AEW, much like those who came before me. I took advantage of young men who looked up to me & I failed them. On #AEWDynamite, I promise to make a change & be better. It’s time for me to get back to being Matt Hardy.”
It was reported that Jeff hardy is due to be making his debut for the AEW very soon, possibly as soon as on tonight’s episode of Dynamite, but it has not yet be 100% confirmed.
