On the eve of St. Patrick’s Day, AEW presented its second annual St. Patrick’s Day Slam, one year after Dr. Britt Baker and Thunder Rosa had their legendary Lights Out contest. Baker defended the AEW Women’s Championship against Rosa, who was looking to become the first Mexican-born Women’s Champion in a mainstream promotion. The card also featured a match with AEW World Champion ‘Hangman’ Adam Page, a TNT Championship contest between Scorpio Sky and Wardlow as well as the Hardy Boyz first match in AEW as a tag team.

- Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley defeated Wheeler YUTA and Chuck Taylor.
- Scorpio Sky defeated Wardlow to retain the TNT Championship.
- The Hardy Boyz defeated Private Party.
- Thunder Rosa defeated Britt Baker inside of a steel cage to become the NEW AEW Women’s World Champion.
