NXT 2.0 Sees a Rise In Viewership
This week, NXT 2.0 brought another jam-packed show and peppered in a few main roster stars. The Miz, as well as the Mysterio’s appeared on NXT 2.0 ahead of their tag team match with Logan Paul at WrestleMania. NXT clearly pulled out all the stops to net a wider audience this week.
According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, it worked. The March 15th episode of WWE NXT 2.0 brought in an overnight average viewership of 624,000 with a .14 in the 18 to 49 demographic. For comparison’s sake, March 8th’s episode of NXT 2.0 brought in 613,000 viewers for Roadblock. They also garnered a .13 in the 18 to 49 demographic, whereas the March 1st episode of WWE NXT 2.0 brought an overnight average of 551,000 viewers with a .13 in the 18 to 49 demographic.
Dating back to February, the February 22nd’s episode of NXT 2.0 brought an average viewership of 612,000 with a .12 in the 18 to 49 demographic. The February 15th Vengeance Day NXT 2.0 special brought in 525,000 viewers with a 0.11 in the 18 to 49 demographic. They were also on Syfy due to the Olympics.
