Progress Who Run The World – Full Card Preview
On the 22nd of March Progress wrestling make history with their first ever All Women’s show “Who Run The World” all part of an historic week that kicks of on Sunday on the 20th with Chapter 130 culminating in the 10th Anniversary show on the 25th of March.
Progress’ Who Runs The world will feature, for the first time ever at a Progress show, another promotions title on the line as Alexxis Falcon defends her TNT Extreme title against Lana Austin. Plus so much more from debuts to returns, incredible international talent as well as an all female commentary team lead by So Cal Val “Who Run The World” looks set to be an incredible show.

Gisele Shaw vs Session Moth Martina
A true styles clash here with the Quintessential Diva and Session Moth should make for a very exciting match up. Gisele Shaw is the current Progress Women’s Champion and recently made her debut as an Impact Knockout, Shaw has held the championship ever since Kanji was forced to vacate due to injury, Shaw has gone on to successfully defend her title on several occasions. Session Moth recently made her AEW dark debut, the former ROH superstar made her Progress debut as part of Progress’ return to live shows, she also competed in the women’s Thunderbastard match at the last chapter.
Alexxis Falcon vs Lana Austin – No DQ Match – for the TNT Extreme Women’s Championship
Alexxis and Lana have been locked in a bitter feud ever since Lana interfered in Alexxis’ Revelations Of Divine Love tournament semi final match against Mercedez Blaze costing her match in turn causing her to be eliminated from the tournament. The two recently battled at Progress chapter 128 with Alexxis picking up the win, Lana would reignite the feud by mocking Alexxis’ entrance at the next chapter. When this match was announced as no disqualification match Lana did her best to get out of the match, to incentivise Lana, Progress management allowed Alexxis to put her TNT Extreme Championship on the line.
Laura Di Matteo vs Skye Smitson
Laura Di Matteo will be making her first appearance for Progress this year, she’ll be looking to pick up a win and put her current Progress Wrestling loosing streak that includes a defeat to Skye Smitson during the first round of the revelations for Divine Love Tournament behind her. Smitson has has mixed luck in Progress since her debut last year, she’ll be looking to pick up a win that could see her ascend the ranks of progress Women’s division.
Alex Windsor vs Lizzy Evo
Two of the UK’s top talents both have been winning championships all over the UK. Alex Windsor makes her return to Progress after nearly 5 years her due to injury, Windsor was part of the first ever Women’s natural progression series in 2017, she’ll be looking to make a statement on her return. Lizzy Evo made her progress debut last year as part of the revelations of Divine Love Tournament, she is still looking for that big win Progress that help to establish her as the top star she is.
Royal Aces (Charlie Morgan and Jetta) vs Mercedez Blaze and Toanga
Charlie Morgan made her Progress return at the last chapter as part of the women’s Thunderbastard, match now she brings her tag team partner Jetta who will be making her debut for Progress at this show. Mercedez Blaze and Taonga have proven to be a formidable duo ever since they united, now seemingly back on the same page to two women laid waste to Thunderbastard competitors after they were eliminated.
Trish Adora and Holidead are both scheduled to appear.
US independent stars Trish Adora and Holidead will be making appearances at the “Who Run The World” both at set to be part of Chapter 130 as a team, facing off with the pair of Mercedez Blaze and Taonga, Holidead has also been announced for Roy Johnson’s Everything Patterned London where she will be facing Progress Women’s champion Gisele Shaw.
