Pan-Afrikan World Diaspora Wrestling Championship Match Added To Progress “Who Run The World”
Progress have added a third championship match to their historic first ever all women’s card “Who Runs The World” tonight at the Dome in London.
Progress recently announced that the Progress Women’s Championship would be on the line in a match up previously announced as the main event between Session Moth Martina and Gisele Shaw.
This comes after previously announcing for the first time ever at a Progress show another Promotions championship would be defended as Alexxis Falcon put her TNT Extreme Women’s Championship on line to incentivise Lana Austin to compete in their scheduled No DQ Match.
Now Progress Wrestling have announced that they will be hosting a Pan-Afrikan World Diaspora Wrestling Championship Match as champion Trish Adora will defend her title in triple threat action against British Wrestling Superstar Rhio and Us Independent wrestling superstar Holidead.
The Pan-Afrikan World Diaspora Wrestling Championship was first introduced 2019 by F1ght Club Pro Wrestling with a tournament being held to crown the inaugural champion which was won by Trish Adora.
Adora has gone on to hold the championship for 766 days, unfortunately Covid has limited defences but Adora has successfully defended her championship in promotions such as Beyond Wrestling and GCW.
Our Tea and Tights: A Great British Podcast recently spoke with So Cal Val and Holidead with regards to this show;
Progress’ first all women’s show is part of Progress’ anniversary week, which includes a first ever all BAME show all culminating this Friday with their 10th Anniversary show featuring Ilja Dragunov vs Cara Noir and Jonathan Gresham vs Warren Banks for the Progress World Championship.
