Tammy Sytch (Sunny) Involved In Fatal Car Crash, Possible DUI
WWE Hall Of Famer Sunny has found herself once again in a position where she is in trouble with the police and could find herself behind bars for a lengthy stay. TMZ reports that Tammy Sytch was involved in a car crash on March 25th in which one of the drivers involved would die from their injuries.
According to The Ormond Beach Police Department, the crash occurred at 8:28pm on March 25 on US Highway 1 in Volusia county. Sytch was driving her 2012 Mercedes at “a high rate of speed” according to two witnesses to the wreck. Following the crash, the 78 year old driver of a 2013 Kia Sorento was transported to hospital where he would die of his injuries suffered in the crash. A third vehicle was involved in the crash however the occupants of the third car were not injured – while Sunny was also transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
The damning part of this crash is the police in Ormond Beach believe she was under the influence of alcohol when the wreck occurred and while a blood sample was taken, the results are still currently pending per TMZ. Sytch was arrested in Feb 2019 for her SIXTH DUI, with the possibility of six becoming seven. Usually, a motorist who causes the death of another person while under the influence or alcohol faces felony charges. In Florida, where the crash occurred, a conviction can lead to up to fifteen years in prison and up to 10,000 dollars in fines.
