The 4/11 edition of Monday Night Raw ensued from Detroit, Michigan as the program opened with Cody Rhodes as a special guest on Miz TV. This set-up a match later in the evening between the two former Intercontinental Champions and ultimately a rematch at WrestleMania: Backlash between Rhodes and Seth Rollins.
The show featured a clunky finish to a match between AJ Styles and Damian Priest that accommodated the viewers understanding of just how peculiar Priest’s character change may end up being. Furthermore, Reginald and Dana Brooke as well as Tamina and Akira Tozawa now have their wedding dates set: next week. The Usos presence was felt and WWE continued to tease the unification of the Tag Team Championships as the Usos stood tall to close the show with the belts of both brands.
