Covid strikes again…
Hangman Adam Page has been on a legendary run the past 18 months, winning the AEW World Heavyweight Championship and putting on excellent programs with Adam Cole, Bryan Danielson, Kenny Omega and several more within the All Elite Wrestling ring. Next for Page appears to be CM Punk, who has been on a winning streak, last week we saw them both square off following Punk’s match with Dustin Rhodes.
Unfortunately it appears Hangman’s momentum has been clipped as he posted a tweet on Wednesday morning revealing he has come down with Covid-19 and will miss this week’s episode of Dynamite.
“dynomite is tonight at 8pm on tbs but i will not be on there because my face is full of covid snot, sorry. please enjoy regardless.”
While Page will not be on the show, CM Punk will be on commentary for the Owen Hart Foundation tournament qualified between Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler. Hopefully Page is back on his feet and back to doing cowboy sh*t real soon.
