AEW Star Fuego Del Sol was hospitalised earlier this week due to a mouth infection and has since had surgery for it.
The luchador was in good spirits despite the surgery, even tweeting out a news update for fans from his hospital bed yesterday.
Fuego provided a further update earlier today on his twitter page, confirming he has been discharged from hospital as he’d hoped and predicts he’ll be back to normal within a week.
Fuego would also thank everyone for the well wishes while he was recuperating in hospital – one colleague who sent love was Fuego’s close friend Sammy Guevara:
Hopefully we will see Fuego back in the AEW ring by the end of the week as he himself hopes!
