Thunder Rosa’s AEW Women’s world title reign has only just begun, defeating Nyla Rose at Battle Of The Belts to retain the AEW Women’s title. Serena Deeb on the other hand recently defeated Shida in a Philly Street Fight. Deeb has been built up over the last few months to be a top heel in the AEW Women’s Division.
On AEW Dynamite, Thunder Rosa came out and cut a promo about her next defence of her title. After the brief promo, Serena Deeb came out and the two had a respectful but tense discussion, where they agreed to a match at AEW Double or Nothing with Deeb stating that she would make Rosa the shortest reigning AEW Women’s World Champion.
