Drew Gulak has had a rough month.
He has repeatedly attempted new jobs on SmackDown and has routinely been humiliated by Smackdown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair. On Smackdown last night, Gulak returned to the ring. Unfortunately for Drew, it would turnout his opponent would be the formidable Gunther.
Following Smackdown, WWE posted a digital backstage exclusive where Gulak’s reaction to the match was shown:
Hopefully this means we haven’t seen the end of Gulak back on TV in WWE. Perhaps we may even see him turn heel. One way or another it was nice to see the former Cruiserweight Champion back in the ring where he belongs and hopefully it stays that way.
