John Cena Signs With WME
It goes without saying John Cena is one of the most recognisable pro wrestlers of all time. His career in WWE has spanned over two decades with 16 world titles to his resumé within the WWE.
Due to his success and star power as the face of the WWE, Cena has followed in The Rock’s footsteps and has crossed over into Hollywood. He recently starred in the HBO Max series, Peacemaker.
According to Deadline, Cena has signed with WME for representation regarding his career. For those unaware, WME is a talent agency that handles the affairs of celebrities and athletes alike. They also hold a controlling stake of the UFC.
The Rock is also signed to WME, continuing the trajectory Cena seems to be following from The Rock. Cena’s career outside the ring will continue as he hosts Wipeout, plays Peacemaker and features prominently in future Fast and Furious instalments.
