A clash of the titans occurred following AEW Dynamite going off the air.
Hook has been on a roll long before he stepping into the ring for AEW. Prior to his debut, he had been a background character for Team Taz and CM Punk even shouted Hook out, teasing a match between the two at some point.
Following Dynamite coming off the air, dark segment shenanigans happened in Long Island. CM Punk made his way to the ring and had some fun with Long Island’s own Hook and Danhausen. You can check out the segment below.
Perhaps one day we may see a match between Punk and Hook. If so, fans would be more than pleased with how over Hook is.
