Jeff Hardy is insane, so his ideas tend to be crazy too.
Over the years we have seen many ladder matches featuring Matt and Jeff Hardy. They have made the match a staple of their legendary careers and have wrestled tag teams everywhere in ladder matches. Prior to returning to WWE at WrestleMania 33, they were facing The Young Bucks on the Ring Of Honor show the night before. This would be an epic clash.
Now, Jeff Hardy wants to step into the ring with two of the biggest tag teams in AEW sooner rather than later. While speaking on AEW Unrestricted, Jeff spoke about the potential matchup:
“Well, totally like first and foremost, FTR and The Young Bucks are like number one, especially the one thing we never did before Matt and I went back to like WWE in 2017, we had this idea for this cinematic match called ‘Too Sweet or DELETE.’ It can be amazing, with portals and whatever you throw in there, like just entertaining. The tag team situation in AEW is just so sick. It’s crazy. Anybody who wants to work I mean, we’re willing to work.”

Time will tell if Hardy will get his wish to square off with two of the best tag teams in the world right now. Hardy is scheduled to take on Adam Cole on next week’s Dynamite in a semi-final match in the Owen Hart Foundation tournament.
