It’s nice to see an old timer get with the program right out of the gate.
WWE Hall Of Famer Brutus Beefcake has been in the news a little recently with comments regarding the current wrestling landscape. While not many fans may be appreciative of his comments, Brutus has been respectful of the current stars.
Women’s wrestling has experienced a revolution in the last decade or so, turning into what we know as the women’s divisions today. Women are no longer just eye candy, which was the case during the early days of professional wrestling. While speaking on The Wrestling Inc. Daily, Brutus Beefcake stated that he thinks women have come a long way in pro wrestling and look as tough as men.
“Well, a lot of the wrestling lately from what I have seen, the women seem tougher, as tough as the guys. They’re having matches out there, they are really incredible, they’re showing great skill. The women have definitely come a huge way, a long way.”

With women’s stars like Rhea Ripley, Asuka and more, it is undoubtable that we have tough ass ladies in the WWE and AEW women’s divisions.
