It appears that the story involving Sasha Banks and Naomi walking out is legitimate.
This Monday night on RAW, we originally were scheduled to have a six pack challenge to decide the next challenger for Bianca Belair’s next challenger for the RAW Women’s Champion. This match featured WWE Women’s Tag team champions Naomi and Sasha Banks, but less than an hour into the show, we were alerted that Naomi and Sasha had left the building with the main event changed to a one on one match between Becky Lynch and Asuka.
Now, WWE have released a statement regarding the issues that occurred backstage tonight, Sean Ross Sapp would post the statement to his Twitter, you can see the statement below.
What do you make of WWE’s statement? It would appear Sasha Banks and Naomi have been considering this course of action for a while. Any more news on this situation will be posted to Bodyslam.net as the news breaks.
