Sasha Banks wasn’t seen as a star by the NXT creative team.
Its hard to believe that there was a ever a time when Sasha Banks wasn’t a superstar in WWE. Since her debut in NXT, she has been a pillar of the WWE Women’s division across all three brands in WWE. Most recently, Banks has been caught up in controversy after walking out of WWE’s RAW taping on Monday.
While speaking on Cold As Balls With Kevin Hart, Banks recalled her first months in NXT. She revealed how a WWE writer told her was just a good hand in NXT and nothing more.
“I wasn’t really getting used. A writer came up to me and told me that I was just a good hand. ‘A good hand.’”
