WWE Hall Of Famer Is Worried About Darby Allin’s Long-Term Health
Darby Allin is one of the biggest risk takers in pro wrestling.
Every time we see Darby Allin in the ring, we see how much he puts his body on the line for the industry. Most recently on last week’s AEW Dynamite, Darby landed an insane swanton from a 20 foot ladder to the floor, landing on Jeff Hardy. This kind of spot is not unusual for Allin. Since his AEW debut we have seen him take some bumps that are legitimately terrifying to witness.
While speaking on The Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T expressed concern over Darby Allin’s health. Booker T believes that Allin will become a cripple by the time he is 40.
“It will be a whole lot more stuff happening in this wrestling business, just have to see something like that, you know, more power to those guys for going out there and doing that and having a courage to actually do it, but Darby Allin really will become a cripple by the time he turns 40-years-old. Bottomline, he would not be able to walk. He would have so much surgery done on his body by time he turns 40, it’s not gonna be funny and God bless him for putting his body on the line for the business.”
