Sometimes goofs happen at the worst times.
Wednesday nights AEW Dynamite saw several high profile matches. Two matches included Joker participants in the Owen Hart tournament. The women’s joker turned out to be Maki Itoh, while the mens joker ended up being John Hennigan, going by Johnny Elite.
Prior to Elite’s debut, many believed Johnny Gargano would debut instead. AEW on TV took to their Twitter and accidentally tagged Gargano MULTIPLE TIMES after Johnny Elite made his debut. The tweets were deleted, but quick fans grabbed screenshots before the tweets were taken down.
