Tony Khan has his hyperbole shoes on apparently.
Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson are two of the best in the world today, that is undisputable. Since returning to the ring, Moxley in particular has been having the run of his life. One person who sees incredible talent in both of these competitors is AEW president Tony Khan.
Khan sat down with Rasslin’ and discussed
“Moxley and Bryan Danielson are two of the great pro-wrestlers not just today but I think of all time. Two great World Champions who have wrestled all over the world and now have competed at the top level. Jon Moxley is one of only four men to ever hold the AEW World title. Again, we talked about Hangman Jon Moxley arguably the greatest world Champion of all time. We only got to see Jon Moxley who has had as many great defences and great matches as the champion as anybody and I think is the can’t-miss star of the company right now.”
“His return is one of the biggest stories and one of the most inspirational awesome things that makes me happy. And I think Jon Moxley would be right there as the greatest champion he never got to defend the title on the road. And I think that still motivates him, but he’s come in teaming with Bryan Danielson who they rarely wrestle very differently. But They are bonded by their love of pro-wrestling and they founded this Blackpool combat club.”
