The Game may be retired from the ring, but he is still an executive of WWE.
Triple H retired from the ring earlier this year after a major health scare where he almost died. He has of course retired from the ring due to the risk it poses to have him compete in the ring. He retires as one of the most successful wrestlers in the history of the WWE. However, he is also an important executive for WWE.
In this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer discussed Stephanie McMahon’s reasons for taking a leave of absence. While doing so, Meltzer mentioned that Triple H is back full-time in the WWE office. That should answer a lot of questions about his health.
“It was obviously a tough year with Paul Levesque being out for so long and she had to pick up a lot of his responsibilities and obviously had to deal from a family standpoint with his health issues. Levesque is back in the office full-time now.”
