Bron Breakker Will Not Team With His Father Rick Steiner: “He Won’t Do It”
Rick Steiner is done with wrestling.
Bron Breakker has had a meteoric rise to the top of NXT 2.0. Since the rebrand, Bron has been at the top of the card, now holding the NXT championship twice. While his father is ok with being involved in storylines (as we’ve seen recently) it appears he is done in the ring.
While speaking to Ryan Satin on Out of Character, Bron Breakker made it clear that his father is retired and will never compete in a tag team match with him.
“No, he won’t do it. He’s just one of those people that, in his prime, he was a beast back in the day, 300 pounds and behind the neck press 365 (pounds) for sets of ten. He was nuts. He did 20 years in the business, at the top of the tag team division or singles division for pretty much the entire time. I think he’s at peace with his career and performing.”

It sounds as if Rick Steiner is more than happy with where he left his in ring career in 2019. Rick was inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame with his brother Scott in the 2022 Hall Of Fame.
