It appears we missed out on more development in the Ali-Theory storyline.
Mustafa Ali has had a rough go of it since returning to the ring for WWE. He is currently involved in a program with both The Miz and Austin Theory and has been losing pretty much every week due to the influence of The Miz as a special guest referee.
Fightful Select now reports that RAW was set to see more action between Theory and Ali but the segment was nixed before the show.
We’re told that WWE United States Champion Theory and Mustafa Ali were set for a segment on WWE RAW, but it ended up getting nixed before the show. The reason that we were given was due to time constraints. Theory ended up helping Seth Rollins beat up Cody Rhodes after his match with The Miz.
