Darby Allin and Sting have been a perfect pair since Sting’s AEW debut. Taking up a mentor role with the wild and unpredictable Darby, we have seen Sting learn just as much from Allin. Sting was taken out by the Undisputed Elite last week on AEW Dynamite and Allin will attempt to get a measure of revenge over the faction when he faces Kyle O’Reilly this Sunday.
While speaking with Sportskeeda, Thunder Rosa was asked if she wanted to team with someone wearing similar face paint to herself, similar to how Darby Allin and Sting do. Rosa made it clear she would love to do that.
“Absolutely. I’ve seen how Sting has brought so much more to Darby Allin and — I love Sting’s personality because he’s such an amazing person overall and he’s crazy, and if you put crazy with crazy, it’s a bomb. But for me, I would love it if I had the opportunity to tag with someone that’s very fiery and similar to me. If we can bring some people like that, why not?”

Thunder Rosa is set to face Serena Deeb at this Sunday’s Double Or Nothing PPV for the AEW Women’s World Title. Time will tell if Rosa will get her wish of teaming with someone with facepaint like Darby and Sting.
