CM Punk doesn’t think he is in any position other than his prime years.
When CM Punk signed with AEW, it sent shockwaves through the industry. Punk has been involved in several feuds since his debut, defeating the likes of Darby Allin, Eddie Kingston and MJF. Now, he is set to challenge for the AEW World Heavyweight Championship at this Sunday’s Double Or Nothing Event.
Punk sat down with ESPN and discussed his run in the company so far and stated he believes he’s in his prime at the moment.
“This is everything I dreamed pro wrestling could & should be. & I’m here & I’m fucking in the moment. I’m not thinking about tomorrow. I’m not worried about shit that happened yesterday. I’m living in the moment and I’m 100% in my fucking prime”
