AEW President Tony Khan has added fuel to the fire with the recent location move regarding WWE’s Money In The Bank PPV.
The WWE’s updated poster for Money In The Bank included a Las Vegas background and is now updated to be held at MGM Grand Garden Arena which would be on the same night of UFC 276.
That did not stop Khan from inviting UFC President Dana White over for dinner to break the news himself while plugging AEW Rampage that goes down tonight.
UFC 276 has a stacked card being built with 2 championship bouts between Alexander Volkanovski vs Max Holloway in a trilogy for the Featherweight Championship and Irsrael Adesanya defending the Middleweight championship against Jared Cannonier in the main event.
The card is also expected to have: Maycee Barber, Jessica Eye, Uriah Hall, Robbie Lawler, Sean O’Malley, Pedro Munhoz, Lauren Murphy, Miesha Tate, Alex Pereira, Sean Strickland + more.
The only matches that are scheduled for Money In The Bank on July 2nd are the Money In The Bank ladder matches for the men and women. The WWE has two months to plan out a solid card to battle against what UFC 272 has to offer and right now it is more than what the WWE has at the moment.
